School Transport Passenger Assistant

We are looking for School Passenger Assistants to work with students, their care givers and school staff to ensure students travel to and from school safely.

Who you are… As someone who enjoys caring for vulnerable people, you will have strong interpersonal skills. Your passengers will include children with special educational needs or disabilities, and you will be supported by a driver during the journey. You will be looking for a satisfying role that makes a difference to the Rutland community.  

What we need from you… Experience of working with the public in a caring role to deliver a high level of customer service to clients and their families.
