Are you a qualified Building Surveyor looking for a new challenge? Are you keen to broaden your current skillset?   Our Building Surveyor role will provides an opportunity to be involved in the conservation and operational maintenance of a broad range of buildings, from commercial business centres to historic museums and office accommodation.

We welcome applications from individuals who are…

  • Qualified to HNC/HND standard in a construction related discipline
  • Knowledgeable of statutory requirements of Construction Design and Management Regulations
  • Have strong contract and project management skills
  • Able to build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
  • Self-disciplined and flexible to meet operational demands
  • Have strong IT skills including Excel, Outlook and databases.
