Business Support Team Leader
Permanent, full time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £24,799 - £26,317

Who you are…
- Experienced in leading a team, able to support and upskill staff
- Have excellent administration and organisation skills
- Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good analytical skills with the ability to scrutinise document accuracy
- Have a strong understanding of GDPR and compliance
- Ability to work on own initiative with good time management skills
- Able to develop and sustain working relationships with internal and external clients.
What we need from you… Reporting to the Business Support Assistant Manager you will play a key role in planning and organising workloads to support teams across the organisation. You will work in a busy and at times pressurised environment, so a calm and relaxed attitude is vital to be able to support staff; solve problems; make effective decisions and juggle several projects at one time.
