Fixed term for 12 months, 37 hours per week
Who you are… a strong administrator, you will be able to support a variety of teams with day to day admin tasks, enabling them to focus on their core, customer-facing role. You will enjoy making your mark, finding quicker and slicker ways to deliver processes, whilst keeping a close eye on detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service will be at the heart of what you do.
What we need from you… ideally with previous experience in a similar business support role, juggling tasks to ensure deadlines are met will be second nature. You will support staff and managers with diary management, service and minute meetings, so strong IT skills are a must. Comfortable acting as the first point of contact for the team you support, good communication and interpersonal skills will be essential.
