Who you are… you are looking for a role that gives you something a bit different – whilst you will be comfortable managing your own complex caseload, you will be looking to take on operational day to day management of a team of Occupational Therapists, therapy assistants and Physiotherapists. You will enjoy developing others, providing clinical advice and support and working closely with the management team to continually develop the service offered.

What we need from you… With previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist, ideally in a community, hospital or adult social care setting, you will have supervised staff and monitored and allocated workloads. With a good understanding of risk management, particularly around complex and high risk issues, you will be able to develop effective working relationships with partner agencies to from a multi-disciplinary team.
